When you write to us, including the following helps us respond faster:
- The email address or sign-in method on your account.
- Your public handle (if available).
- The device and OS version you're using (e.g. iPhone 15 / iOS 17.4, Pixel 8 / Android 14).
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what went wrong.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if relevant.
Common topics
- Trouble signing in. Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you signed up with (Apple, Google, or email magic link).
- Phone number verification. If you didn't receive your code, check that the number is reachable for SMS or WhatsApp, then try again after a minute.
- Push notifications not arriving. Open the app once, then check your device's notification settings for Vaibli.
- Want to delete your account or data. See our Account and Data Deletion page.
