Vaibli Child Safety Standards

Effective date: 5 May 2026
Last updated: 5 May 2026

Vaibli does not allow content, behaviour, accounts, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or solicits children. These standards apply to the Vaibli mobile app, related services, and public website.

For questions or urgent child safety concerns, contact legal@vaibli.app.

Prohibited content and conduct

Vaibli prohibits:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, synthetic, AI-generated, illustrated, or altered media that depicts or sexualizes a minor.
  • Sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or attempts to obtain sexual images or sexual contact from a minor.
  • Sexualized comments, requests, roleplay, fantasies, or conversations involving minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, linking to, selling, trading, praising, normalizing, or instructing others how to find CSAM or exploit minors.
  • Attempts to move a child into an unsafe private channel, meeting, or exchange.
  • Accounts, handles, bios, posts, comments, images, or other content that indicate an intent to exploit, abuse, or endanger a child.

Content involving young people in ordinary, non-sexual, age-appropriate contexts may still be removed if it exposes a minor to harassment, privacy risk, predation, or real-world harm.

Reporting child safety concerns

Anyone can report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation by emailing legal@vaibli.app with the subject line:

Child Safety Report

Users can also report child safety concerns in the Vaibli mobile app. Use the report action on a post when the concern relates to specific content, or open the safety section in your profile for broader child safety concerns.

Please include:

  • A short description of the concern.
  • The Vaibli handle, post, comment, image, or account involved, if known.
  • Screenshots or links, if available and lawful to share.
  • Your contact information, if you want us to follow up.

Do not forward, download, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

Our response process

When Vaibli receives a child safety report or detects possible CSAE activity, we may:

  • Remove or restrict the content.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in exploitation or attempted exploitation.
  • Preserve relevant records where needed for safety, legal, or investigative purposes.
  • Escalate the issue for human review.
  • Report apparent child sexual abuse material or imminent harm to appropriate law enforcement, child protection, or reporting organizations where required or appropriate.

We prioritize child safety reports and review them as quickly as possible. Some enforcement actions may not be visible to the reporting person because of privacy, legal, or investigation constraints.

Prevention and moderation

Vaibli uses a combination of product rules, reporting tools, moderation workflows, and safety review to reduce the risk of CSAE on the service. Because Vaibli is location-based, ephemeral, and community-oriented, we also design safety controls to limit misuse of posts, comments, identity modes, and nearby interactions.

We may update these standards as the product, laws, platform requirements, or safety practices change.
