Account and Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your Vaibli account and related personal data.

To submit a deletion request, email legal@vaibli.app with the subject line:

Please include the following in your message:

  • The email address or sign-in method used for your Vaibli account.
  • Your public handle (if available).
  • A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted.

For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.


What we delete

After successful verification, we delete or anonymize account-linked data associated with your Vaibli account, including:

  • Account profile information.
  • Posts, comments, reactions, and related user-generated content linked to your account.
  • Zone subscriptions and app preferences.
  • Push token mappings and account-linked settings.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or compliance purposes.


Processing timeline

  • We will acknowledge your request within 7 days.
  • We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of successful verification.
  • If extra time is required due to legal or technical reasons, we will notify you.

If you can still access the app

You can also start by deleting your account from inside the mobile app settings, when available in your app version.
If the in-app option is unavailable, email legal@vaibli.app and we will process the request manually.
