Vaibli Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Vaibli. By creating an account, signing in, posting, commenting, reacting, reporting, or otherwise using Vaibli, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Community Safety
Vaibli is built for nearby, time-limited community posts. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users.
You may not post, comment, upload, encourage, request, or coordinate:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing attacks, or abuse based on protected or personal characteristics.
- Sexual, graphic, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, or attempts to exploit or endanger children.
- Illegal activity, credible threats of violence, weapons trafficking, fraud, scams, or instructions to cause harm.
- Spam, impersonation, deceptive behavior, or attempts to evade moderation.
- Personal information about another person without permission.
Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Vaibli includes in-app tools to report posts, block users, and remove posts from your feed. You can also contact us from in-app settings.
We review objectionable content reports and act within 24 hours when a report shows a violation. Action may include removing content, hiding content, restricting features, ejecting abusive users, preserving evidence, or reporting serious harm to appropriate authorities.
Reports involving child safety are prioritized. Do not forward, download, copy, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.
Your Content
You are responsible for the content you post. Posting anonymously changes how your identity appears to other users, but Vaibli may still associate activity with your account internally for safety, moderation, legal compliance, and abuse prevention.
You grant Vaibli the rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, remove, and operate your content as part of the service.
Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion from inside the mobile app settings. Account deletion permanently removes your Vaibli account and removes account-linked posts from the feed, subject to legal, safety, security, and fraud-prevention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
